Kids today
« on: June 02, 2018, 12:27:51 PM »
I heard we dodge a bullet for not getting into war. The kids today are largely not qualified to serve. Meaning a draft would likely not get as many able bodied people than desired. Someone just stated it's easier to get into college than the service now. Which is true since community college only has an age requirement. This. Also mean the specialized branches (example navy seal)will have less or no new recruits.

I have a heart condition and i seemed to do better than these whippersnappers .

I could see the 1st but the 2nd was really predictable and he's gonna wonder why he gets knocked down alot. I acknowledge kids that age are very clueless of thier actions. His vocabulary will take him not far in life.

The good news the next generation is not likely be worst. Things cost too much for them to get too out of shape. Example to how expensive it is. My niece only plans to eat at restaurants with hers friends. The cost simply makes it very hard to do. When I was her age it not even an inconvenience to do such a thing.
