That happened to me, too (not this time). I had changed card numbers since the last transaction, and the verification process simply went in a loop. I think I had to call a number, and we went through it all. It got fixed, but it was quite a job.
Every time some person helps me out like that, I praise them and ask to talk to their supervisor so I can let them know they really did a great job. This helps when it comes to evaluation time, and I hope it gives them raises.
