If not by his fellow man contenporaneously with his actions, Bush is banking on some "fluke of history" -- notice how prescient he was about Iraq itself -- to vindicate the vision of a blind man, or else, as the new book "Dead Certain" reveals, the regard of his fellow man is inconsequential in light of the Will of the Almighty that will ultimately bring his vindication and salvation.

Looks like approval is trending upwards.

And judging by the negative attacks on Petraeus the dems are afraid of the surges success.

Pity that they only think oftheir political gain.
