Whip the war criminals or better yet, hang'em; rehab the convicted criminals according to accepted theories of rehabilitation (which as far as I can tell, do not include political or religious brainwashing) and treat all prisoners who are not convicted criminals according to the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Fourth Geneva Convention on Prisoners.

It's all so simple.  Just go by the book.  The laws are already in place.  All the U.S. has to do is to stop violating them wholesale.

Is it political brainwashing to educate prisoners to the fact that is not is societies best interest to rob, maim, steal, rape, murder, molest and or exhibit other antisocial behaviors?
