Another one to soon bite the dust

This is my district wherein live some of the looniest RWers ever. If Francine can win here , you fruitcakes are in big trouble. It is now a statistical tie right now and THIS hasnt fully come out:

"""Our original letter to the San Diego District Attorney (5/17/06) refers to Bilbray's signed voter registration -- days after the Cunningham story broke -- declaring a Carlsbad address to be his "residence and domicile" under penalty of perjury (6/21/05)."""

What is the penalty for purjury?

Is the penalty diffrent if you are President?

"If Francine can win here"

Francine called for illegal aliens to vote for her.

Why should somebody with her very soft approach to border security be elected?

You just say these fantastic statements without any support or reference. It is proof that you Grand Old Pervs think that a lie is as good as the truth if you can get them to believe it.

Bill was never charged (not even by the RW lunatic House of Reps ) nor convicted of perjury. Bilbray will be I  am sure.

First of all, I said he wasnt charged with it in his impeachment. I have little doubt that if the RW loons in the House of Reps  who tried to hang Bill would have charged him with it if they thought they had a chance of making it stick . But most of then were hack attorneys and knew they couldn't.

And no I don't think it was perjury either and here is why:

That is why I say it was a RW fantasy and still is that he did.

Then why did Clinton plead a deal to avoid indictment for perjury?
