We have some good Filipino doctors here, some not so good. Same with gringos, Indian, etc.  I've never heard they were known for crappy doctors.
Planned Parenthood is America’s most trusted provider of reproductive health care.

The Philippines have on occasion produced some world-class quacks.  I remember a few years ago, the "surgeon" who operated without knives.  The patient is shown laid out on the operating table, then the guy presses his hands over her abdomen and really seems to be pushing down hard and then he pulls up his hand clutching a lump of bloody tissue, the spleen which he took out without opening up the patient; the patient recovers in record time because there was no anaesthetic or post-op recovery and what's best of all, she's totally cured of whatever ailment required her spleen to be removed in the first place.  It was hilarious.
