it`s kinda silly for a business to hire somebody with 2 years experince for low pay and little benefits.
and the fact that to get that experience will put a student greater indebt is abit too much.

the phone part sounds like nonsense
since most folks will have cells despite the job
but like cars they should be compensated if it get used for work.
also most business do not need trhe latest tech
ex. vista

keeping a job more likely
I have never once heard kids nowadays are good workers
I do heard alot of complaints about lack of bacis work concepts.
the most common phrase"what are they teaching these kids nowadays"
entitlement is starting to sound like a dirty word today.

This week I am responsible for three trainees , last week a diffrent three ,of the six one is my age and is recently retired from the air force , one is older than I and one is an old freind of my eldest son he same age as he. The other three are all early twentys.

Training has been a breeze because they are all bright and co-operative. (and beause my job is easy to explain )
