One of my favorites is 1/2 cup orzo and 1/2 cup Valencia rice, saffron, peas, red and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, 6 oz canned chicken breast and some fake butter in 2 2/3 cups of chicken broth, 20 minutes in the microwave.
I am not sure what to call it, a sort of nuclear paella, perhaps. You can also make it with shrimp.
