Interesting. Thanks, plane.  I was in the Pike Fish Market three years ago, but I didn't realize the Starbucks connection at the time or I would have looked at it a little differently.  Wonderful market and a wonderful city.  I was sorry that I could only spend a day there, I would have loved to wander around and soak up the local atmosphere.

Rumor has it we are getting a Starbucks here. Can't wait!

Caribou Coffee is better. Most of Starbucks blends are based on French roasts, which led to the popular term "Charbucks" among many coffee aficionados.

Quicktrip has better coffee and they do frou frou too.

We're getting a Starbucks here too.  In the Kroger grocery store, how upscale is that! lol
I tried their coffee once.   I agree with Ami---burnt coffee, $$.    No like.  Don't like frou frou much.  But I drink coffee all year long, iced or hot, Colombian coffee only.

I have tried Kenyan and Kona.  Very good! Very pricey.  I'll stick to the kind I like that I can get at the grocery for less $$.
