I just don`t see a problem with this except maybe they should cut back on the portion of his meals.

How can they be scandalized by a bear that kills fish?
The German royalty used to hunt deer just to mount a head on the wall.
They should perhaps replace him with a Disney Animatronics? Poo Bear. And a Piglet? for him to have tea with.

A bear killed fish in front of spectators. And the spectators were shocked? Forget the bear. What is wrong with the people?
Your reality, sir, is lies and balderdash and I'm delighted to say that I have no grasp of it whatsoever.

Monkeys, as I recall, have far more effective ways of annoying zoo patrons. They masturbate, and pee on their human visitors and fling dung at them.

uhm
I would think a bear fishing would be a plus for the zoo
but I wouldn`t want to see monkeys do that though.
