If it's 1992, neither of these clowns depicted are involved in the 2008 campaign, so it is totally irrelevant to anything.
The opinions of advisers to a campaign 16 years ago who are no longer advisers does not show anything about the character of the current candidates or their advisers, and even if it did show the opinions of said advisers, it does not follow that they are the opinions of the candidates now.
It is conceivable that some yahoo in the Clinton campaign decided to rerun it, but it is also possible that some McCain Swiftboaters who just can't wait to savage Obama did it.
This is something that deserves to be ignored forever.
