i think I can,but more likely it`ll end up a dirty bomb.
Most of the secrets are no longer secret , the basic design of the bomb has been in Popular Mechanics and hundreds of other sorces .
Nor is the basic early bomb design especially complex , any machine shop could make most of the components .
But enriched Urainium is very expensive and hard to get , so far.
And there are a lot of little details that take good knoledge and good math to get straight .
If you are willing to build a bomb that is hard to deliver , requireing a truck or something , I don't see why it would take a whole year , once all of the needed materials were gathered.
