I just posted that article that clearly shows she hasn't negotiated anything instead has only put up a bounty for whoever gets it hammered out for her.

No you posted an opinion piece criticizing the deal she negotiated. It does not say she did not negotiate such a deal. It simply points out potential pitfalls.
