Well, with all due respect, it can't be all that hard to "avoid insulting someone."   Even someone you find "completely revolting."  You're not six years old.  A little self-control will do it.

I think it means that we are consistently right about the issues, and tend to actually be original in how we express our views, whereas poor Richie can only post crap he finds online, spew small sentences that he heard Rush say, and above all, insult, insult and insult. There is nothing even remotely original about Richie, and he can't bother to inform himself about anything.
