When Obama is elected President, he will fire the head of the FBI and replace him with someone who has the utmost respect for the Constitution and for the right to express oneself freely without government discrimination or other repercussions. Full security clearances will be given to the President and to Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn as well. Any agent who doesn't like it will also be fired on the spot. The FBI needs to learn that it is the people, through their duly elected representatives, who give orders to the FBI, and not the other way round.
I think also there needs to be a thoroughgoing investigation into the FBI's egregious failures in airport security on Sept. 11, 2001 and whether there was any interference by the Bush administration either before or after the attacks with the functioning of the agency. Anyone found derelict in his or her duty regarding the prevention of the attacks or the subsequent follow-up, should be fired, and any hint of Bush administration complicity must be vigorously pursued.
