uhm the shoulders is what holds up most of your body weight and when running it can be quite a strain.
the thumb is the only valid defense she got .

A disgrace to the once-proud name of Hijjawi.

I was thinking that she might be Muslim, but there are so few Muslims named Christina.

How can you be sure her butt is skinny?

I used to do marathons and the 1st part of the body to lose fat is the butt.
very few long distance runner are able to keep thier butts.
when I was running it was quite uncomfortable for me to sit down
I didn`t get the nickname BW(buttless wonder) for nothing

Asians (as Chinese seem to prefer to call themselves these days) are rarely noted for their butts.  I am not sure what nationality a Christina Hijjawi might be, but if she is Asian, she is probably not Chinese. Still, she could be narrow-butted. And I think you are right about exercise being slimming to the rump. I lived in a very hilly town and rode a bicycle everywhere, and needed to take a cushion with me to the library to avoid the pain caused by a bony rear.

holy crap
i just sent this link to one of the lawyer here at work
i totally forgot he`s a retired firefighter
he say`s firefighting is way easier than running a marathon
and the fact she`s a triathelete just makes it worst for her
the thumb is the only viable case, but shoulder is a no go

she did a ultra-triathelon

I only did one triathelon and almost died
I just can`t believe she`s disabled for work
I didn`t even know ultra-marathon exist
that can`t be safe

I would say that she wasn't disabled enough to take time off from work if she could run these marathons.
When I was teaching in the public schools for a few months, some teachers made sure they took off every sick day they had coming every year, sick or not, because they would not be compensated for them. I think I had over a year accumulated when I retired, and I didn't get anything but a silly plaque..

the thing with sickdays is if your not sick ,use them for doctors appointments.
it`s not like insurance is design for patient convience
ex. if you got a skin problem you`ll more likely need at least 2 doctors visit
1st from the primary for referral to a skin doctor which is very rarely on the same day.
dental & eye exams can rackup quite a few days.
it`s not really worth it to not use sick days.

if convicted of this fraud i would advise 4 years in prison without parole or "good time".

You clearly do not understand why they give time off for good behavior. If you don't, you get bad behavior, and THAT means more injured guards, and more guards are needed, which comes down to more taxes for you paid to organized union prison guards.

Any prison time should be directly related to the actual cost of her time off.

You clearly once again don't know what you are talking about.

If you don't, you get bad behavior, and THAT means more injured guards, and more guards are needed,

There are other considerations, liking sending a message to scumbags like this halfwit
that this is not going to be tolerated.

Any prison time should be directly related to the actual cost of her time off.

Thats how I arrived at 4 years. They paid this POS $140,000.
This POS should make about 35K a year in prison working her "little ass" off.
4 x 35 = $140K

Again, the judge knows more about this than you do. Everyone has the possibility of time off for good behavior, because good behavior is in the interest of everyone.

There are far worse crimes than malingering to run marathons. I would think rape, murder, kidnapping and maybe even stealing your bicycle are worse.

You sure get all het up about money that your taxes did not even pay for.

You forgot to consider how much it costs to keep her in prison per year.

LOL, well I hope so....and thats exactly why I said "I would advise 4 years"

Everyone has the possibility of time off for good behavior

Not true!

because good behavior is in the interest of everyone.

No it's not and thats why some jurisdictions have abolished "good time" for all prisoners and why some prisoners will
not be eligible for "good time," due to the nature of their offenses.

There are far worse crimes than malingering to run marathons.

Yeah like THEFT!

I would think rape, murder, kidnapping and maybe even stealing your bicycle are worse.

Well duh and thats why rape/murder would carry more significant sentence/punishment.

You sure get all het up about money that your taxes did not even pay for.

Whats that got to with anything? Are we not to care if someone gets ripped off as long
as none our taxes paid for it? Thats moronic XO.
