I would counter it by the fact the U.S. military has been very public in it`s opposition of gays in thier ranks and I never once hear the military ever say gays make bad soldiers.

We already do have disapline and disharmony problems , recruiting problems and retention problems , there has to be a limit to how much we allow these to grow worse.

There may be many Gays willing to remain secret in the military , their discretion is a balm on these problems , if retention and recruiting fall off a lot I doubt that there are enough Gays that are indeed good soldiers to make up the diffrence. It would not take many NCO's or Officers recruiting sex from recruits to turn very many recruits away.


Hold a referendum if you please , there are very many Americans who are veterans , the experience of sleeping thirty to eighty to a room makes the situation easy to understand.

Well I for one find homo suicide rates, being high, proof that 1. we don't need that level of mental problems mucking up our military 2. The cost to replace highly trained people isn't worth it. Not only replacing them but paying for their training to then have them commit suicide. It's not cost effective. Not to mention the cost of installing bath houses for all them fruits.
