I want him in a meeting with the BP CEOs, you know, where he lifts up his shirt where you can see the gun in his pants. That's -- (in black man voice) we've got a 'motherfuckinging problem here?' Shoot somebody in the foot."


Only a liberal could get away with this!

Nobody's gonna do anything to him.  I'll still watch him if I get a chance.  It's almost like one of your favourite comedians telling a joke that falls flat.  If the rest of the act is funny, you just let it slide, get over it.  Same with Maher - - he's right on just about everything he says, so BFD if he makes a blooper once in a while.

Maher's job is to be funny. A Conservative comedian could not get away with this.
But it is even harder to FIND a Conservative comedian.

Some people laugh AT Conservatives, but there are few that can get anyone to laugh WITH them.

I cannot think of any.

Is this as bad a Imus and His "Nappy" remark?

Imus is no conservative , but his indescret remark cost him real money.

Is it as bad as "Macaca"?

Is it as bad as Sista Soldja singing that her survival is worth your life?


Are such flubbs real Freuidian , that is, a short glimpse into deeper , usually hidden, thoughts?

Imus was not trying to be funny was he? The macaca quote was not a joke,and Sista Soulja was definitely  not trying to get a laugh.

Comedy is a gift that often depends on the ability to see the same thing from two contradictory points of view at once. This is not a talent for dogmatists, which is what conservatives tend to be.

Notice the deafening silence from the MSM?  The nearly absent criticism by any other media hosts & outlets??  Think it'd be as "calm" if someone like Rush or Hannity had said something even remotely like this??

I do not think that dogmatic people being dogmatic can be decent comedians. We were talking about funny.
