Limbaugh is not so much a racist as he is a mean-spirited wiseacre who will say anything if paid enough. He is paid plenty to say what he says. Enough to be a full-bore junky and get away with a slap on the wrist.

My understanding is he was grossly taken out of context , in effect lied about by a campaign that says it was above dirty politics and swift boat tactics, yet this is what we get, another lie from the clean slate. 

BTW an absence of legal action does not constitute guilt. It simple constitutes a lack of legal action at the moment.
