   I don't use this word , I try not to even think this word.

I hardly think that everyone would get the same results.
Essentially, it is a taboo word. It's use is forbidden, like walking around with no pants.

People are often irrational.  Taboos are one reason for this.
It's like eating bugs. There is no effort to make insects into tasty dishes, because we refuse to entertain the idea that bugs can be eaten.
Astronauts recycle all liquids on a space station through necessity, but to get people to drink recycled pee is a non-starter.
