When the GOP is in the majority, and Republicans then have a sitting President in 2012, we can dispense with the idea of compromise, and simply push any conservative minded SCOTUS and/or Appeals' court nominee, with any openings that occur, using reconciliation. How old are Stevens and Ginsberg again?
