also it`s not just race but sex also. the men are evil situation has increased a great deal. I do not say the claims are not true but will say it WILL cause a unintended barrier between the sexes . saying hi is harassment unless it has subtle kind intent behind it. but isn`t it safer to not talk to females to avoid misunderstanding.

i used to joke that to be safe compliment her shoes to avoid harassment charges. i found shoe compliments are now offensive today. the feminist sensitivity has exceeded  my jokes. i see no positives here

I fail to see how Star Trek is offensive to women.
It is just a fantasy.In Star Wars the women are not even actual participants in the main stream of the parts of the plot. They don't say much about how Darth Vaders's momma managed to become a slave.

Women are genetically different from men. They do not find MAST type studies as exciting because of a genetic predisposition.

Star Trek was generally far less sexist than any other TV show that I can think of. Even the empathetic Diana  Troi becomes a captain of a starship. They made every effort to be as diverse as possible, to the extent of making Voyager captained by a woman.
