I like Florence the gene tweaked wolf, her understanding of historical facts is flawed in delightfull ways.
Of course I am anchient history to her , so perhaps her perspective is better than mine.

This is a clever cartoon strip.
It seems to have confused the civil rights movement of the 60's with the financial crises of the 90's and 00's, though.

The setting is a few centurys in the future.
I think it reasonable to suppose that even very intelligent persons of canine persuasion might simplify history and conflate events that occured with a seaparation of decades.
I think this is pretty common with historical understanding, time passes and the older history gets compressed.
I like the idea that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. can serve as an important example for general principals even so, we can't really determine what future people will consider important about our times but the speculation can be fun.
