This isn't really a test.  I just got caught in some loop of the program where it seemed easier to do what the program wanted me to do than to figure a way out of it.  Hopefully this IS the way out.

If you try to label the Upper Pensula of Michigan with the label Michigan, it calls it an error.
The UP is not lable-able
