Title: Russia still finds Sweden interesting.

I imagine that the US does its share of spying as well.

However, when a submarine runs aground, it is very probable that incompetence is the most likely cause.

Swedes are quite competent.

Grounding a sub in foreign waters has to be the the worst thing a sub captain could do, other than sink the damned thing.
