Ok, you can skip the notion that there was some public claim made, since I never made such a claim.  I merely echoed your point that she was getting her instructions via the WH.  Are you changing your toon now??

And no, I don't think the color of her skin had anything to do with it.  It was all-to-do with Benghazi.  The point of the color reference is if this were a Republican President, he be getting raked over the coals by the left and MSM, for such a move

She got the instructions about her remarks about Benghazi at the UN from the WH.
No need to change a tune i never sang.

But you made the claim that she removed herself from consideration at the behest of the WH here:

Yea, I did.  I'm merely echoing your points that she got her instructions from the WH, in this case, to remove her name.  He could have given her carte blanche support.  He had the majority of the senate.  He even had her gender & race on his side.

Yea, I did.

So you are reversing your position. OK then.

It was rather noble of Rice to remove her name from consideration.

I think she would have made a good Secretary of State. And so will Kerry.

She seems to be a good soldier, when ordered to lie to the press, she lies to the press, when the lie embarrasses the boss , she serves as distraction and scapegoat.

Sure , she would be good for any job , too bad she has chosen the darkside.

If His arm, his throw, my opinion is "reversing my position", it's no wonder you can't come to recognize how I clearly made a case in the other thread, but you try and ignore it as if I didn't.  Bravo boss      :-\

Neither his arm nor his throw were involved in her removing herself from consideration. Not sure why you insist on making statements you can not prove.

Like in the other thread.

So, President Obama is the "dark side" to you?

What utter drivel!

Of course he is.

He may honestly think he is doing well , if so, he is wrong.

The debt he is accumulating is atrocious, the Confederacy was driven down (in part) by debt so large that their credit was ruined.

As a portion of productive capacity our debt is worse than the Confederacy.

Ah, but the Confederacy only lasted four years...won't we have more time to recover?

Not if we use all additional time to run up additional debt.

All we can do with President Obamas policys , is to worsen and worsen the living standards of our progeny, and of course hasten and hasten the inevitable crash.

======================================
That can't be true. By January of 1863 the South wasn't able to do much more than feed itself. Productive capacity was close to nil. It took much of the South decades to recover. By 1960, there still was no electricity along the main highway through Mississippi. You could see lamps flickering in windows. Of course the Confederacy at its height was a third world country in which a few plutocrats owned everything, and most people owned nothing. Blacks owned less than nothing, since they did not even own themselves.

Gone with the Wind was mostly myth.

Crashes can be avoided by proper regulations. Without regulation, capitalism produces a boom and bust on a seven to ten year cycle.  These cycles generally do little to harm the super rich, but are a disaster for everyone else.

This country is recovering. It would recover faster if the asshole Republicans and the moronic 'baggers were aware of reality and did their part.

It is not yet , but, yes, it can be , and the way to get there is exponential growth of debt, the Obama Policy.

I do not think you or the Republicans understand economics. Or much of anything else, either.

Profits are way up, and still these dolts do not hire more people.

Perhaps the RBE is on the way. 60 minutes did a story about the cost of robot labor being around $3.00 per hour and firms were investing in them instead of human labor at 3or 4 times the cost.

The world is changing. My advice is learn how to fix robots. Or get into an industry that can't be outsourced overseas or done by a robot.
