The Top 50% pay 96.54% of All Income Taxes
The Top 1% Pay More Than a Third: 34.27%
 
my questions is how much does that person at the 50% mark make??
isn`t some of those people at the 1 % not even people but companies??

In 1999, it was $26,000. Adjust for inflation.
