Yeas, I saw this. I wonder how they lubricate it. I assume with something transparent.

  They might not lube it at all.

   They can just depend on the glass to take the wear at low RPMs, low loads and pretty short service life.

     Some people think a sqeak is charming.

    Hmmm..

     Thinking about it , if I were building one of these I might include bushings made of teflon.
