Unlike you, I don't need any help. Shot plenty of deer in my life. And rabbit, squirrel, a variety of game birds, etc.

Why do suppose Knutely would need help?

Perhaps he is a good shot as well as armed and dangerous.

How do you help someone shoot a critter, other than by giving them marksmanship lessons?

Here's a couple of mine from last Sunday.  Lucky for this guy I don't hunt bear, I shot one once and hated it so I don't hunt it.

I never shot any birds but used to catch afew of pigeons with my hands.
since they`re normally over 20 of them on the ground the takeoff is fairly slow so it`s real easy to just grab them in mid air.
kids in chinatown used to do it alot til it became illegal to eat pigeons nowadays

I don't know if you were talking to me, but I shoot grouse, wild turkey, and occasionally pheasant.  I don't care for duck and goose and I won't shoot anything that I won't eat.  Dove is good and fun shooting, but a long drive for me to get to where they are.

 I  have taken to honking the horn going around certain curves on roads, because i've seen several deer idling across the road in years past. 

Now I see them much closer to my home, within 3 blocks.  Poor things.

This can't be because they are an endangered species.

There's a sequence I'd like to see:

Soundtrack: "bad boys, bad boys whacha' gonna dew when dey comes fer yew?"

Then we see a chubby officer kicking down some poor dude's door with a pistol in his hand, running into the kitchen and seeing a couple of pigeons in a frying pan.

"Book him Dann-o"

Or arresting a guy with a piece of fried pigeon in his mouth (it looks like chicken, but smaller).

I think it`s the same law that forbids folks from killing goats in thier own homes.

it`s fairly racist because if you look at it ,only ethnic folks will be charged
but nowadays it maybe illegal but I never heard anybody get in trouble for it
it might be a health code
pigeon is pretty nasty nowadays
I wouldn`t try to catch them now.
