It is perpetually fascinating how the White House decides that whatever crap it pulls off is not actually a crime. Waterboarding is not a crime, and there may be other techniques that are not torture, either, because only unnecessary body parts might fall off or become detached. And now destruction of evidence is also maybe not a crime, and we might not have the guy who did it testify, because it's all so....complicated.
