Some of the more cordial discussions about gay marriage, civil unions and homosexuality took place at the old spin and were marathon discussions between Plane and Gannymeade. Those discussions helped me settle on civil unions as an appropriate compromise.

civil unions is a funny subject to me
the anti-gay groups focus soo much on stopping same -sex unions of anykind that they actually open a opertunity for straight people to not even bother to get married at all.
thier is no law stopping civil unions for couple of the oposite sex so people with children can get marraige benefits without marrying people they don`t like.

the one thing pro-marraige groups hardly address is getting couples to like each other.
