I've read one of these books and don't remember it having pictures in it

I would not think that nudity would be a problem if there were no pictures.

Nudity in prose is hardly likely to be all that indecent.

The Miami Library does not carry porn, but they do have DVDs with rather explicit sex scenes in them.

They have "I am curious Yellow" and "I am curious Blue", which were considered porn in 1959.
