I thought this was interesting and I agreed with several of his thoughts.
But he woulod have been demonstrateing better common sense to have parked .

He has ancestry and cousins who are Mexican citizens , I do not expect him to betray them , or need to.

Would you deny the Mexican nature of the thousands of Mexican citizens who are not primarily of Latin blood?
Most Mexicans have Native American ancestors, many have African, French , German and etc bloodlines.
If Romney has family loyalty even a little bit, then he as a branch of family residing in Mexico.
It is not substantially diffrent to President Obama's connection to Kenya, family but not close family.

Romney's culture is not Hispanic or Mexican in any way. He does not really speak Spanish. He is as unMexican a gringo as anyone can imagine.
If his name were Arnulfo Obregón Pérez and he resembled George Lopez, he would never have been nominated as a candidate.
Mel Martínez here in Florida was made US Senator, then made chairman of the GOP as some sort of token. When he actually came up with an immigration bill, he was thrown out of the Chairmanship, drummed out of the Senate before his term was up, and disappeared. He became a lobbyist and now works for Chase Bank.
He was the first Cuban to ever serve in the Senate,and he was thrown out by the GOP, and not even permitted to serve out his term.

I don't know man , you know those racist types don't tolerate even one drop of brownish blood.
Having cousins who are Mexican citizens is just too close a connection for as real racist to put up with.
Seems like President Obama could point this out mor than he does and make the racist vote stay home for the election.

Romney has no Mexican cousins. The Mormons only settled in a rather deserted part of Chihuahua because (a) the Mexican dictator, Porfirio Diaz, wanted to quell the insurrections among the Yaqui Apaches in that area. They were attacking mining trains in the area, and (b) the Mormons who settled in Nuevas Casas Grandes had bunches of wives and could not keep them legally otherwise. Among these polygamists were some Romneys.
There war no Mexican culture in that area at the time:just some Indians and the gringo Mormons and their huge families.
No way that a Hispanic could have gotten the GOP nomination in 2012, jut like there was no way that Herman Cain could have gotten it. They played around with Cain and his silly 9-9-9 plan for a month or so, just like they dallied with Bachmann, and then SURPRISE! a bunch of seduced White women came out of the woodwork and *poof!* Cain was gone. Bachmann was even easier to dispose of because she was bull goose loony.

I still like Herman Cain and I really suspected those women were paid by the Democrats like Anita Hill was.

I don't doubt that Cain was guilty as charged. Perhaps the women were paid to come forward, perhaps not. If they were paid, it certainly was not the Democrats who stood to benefit. I would look to some sneaky clown like Karl Rove.

I do not think anyone paid Anita Hill. Anita Hill was telling the truth. Thomas was lying like a rug. He has been the most inept Supreme in a century.
I don't think anyone paid anyone to denounce Cain, either. I think all the tales were true.

I think you have to suspend credulity with a lot of effort to believe Anita Hill.
If she found Clairance Thomas irritateing she should have not followed him when he was transferred.
She really could have with no effort or loss gotten herself a diffrent boss.
But she followed him to a new office?
That is volentary.

She has been taken well care of since then , that may have been part of the deal.

Africans are Africans.
African Americans are Americans , we have a lot in common with our contrymen even if it seems like a distinct culture.
American culture spreads widely and includes a lot of diffrent brands , but we have interconnected quite a lot .
Our diet includes stuff of African origin at every strata.
Our Music includes stuff of African origin , if it is American at all.
American history is incomplete if taught without including the African American contribution.
And to the horror of the Klan , the American bloodline is converging .
Scots and Italians have blended in and contribued too, if it were not for the hue, African ancestry might have never been such a burden and seaparator.
There is no homeland for any American except America, we really need to work against useless schism.
