Romney or whoever made the decision to cancel credit cards with no warning like this can only be described with one word: CH!CKENSH!T. It reminds me of places where I have worked where the college president claims we are a "family" and then when someone is forced to leave because the grant money has run out, they are escorted off the premises by security.

Actually bylaw he's required to shut those creditcards

If this is a requirement , then it should have been mentioned when the cards were issued.

I use a government card sometimes , learned a few quirks the hard way.

It is best to be carefull and have a reserve in a card of your own.
