Caroline Kennedy to Seek Clinton's Senate Seat
Caroline Kennedy, the daughter of an American political
dynasty, has decided she will pursue the U.S. Senate seat
being vacated by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, a person told
of her decision said Monday.

Apparently Caroline has so far excelled only at fund-raising. There an awful lot of people in NY, and half of the are women. I doubt that I would vote for her in a primary, certainly not because she was a Kennedy. If she is named to Hillary's seat, then in a future election, her performance can be evaluated.
But being really good at fund-raising is more and more what it is all about.

Seems to me she's at least as qualified as the next president.
