On a related note, I thought the Doritos commercials were great!! The Doritos ninja in the gym, and the dog placing the collar on the fella in the park were definately my 2 favorites ;D

No, it's not. Here in CA, the CARB was actually pushing regulations that would mandate that your car's tire air pressure be monitored, logged & recorded by a mechanic, and kept in Gestapo, I mean Sacramento. And if you didn't maintain the apppropriate air pressure, you could then be fined.
Boy, did the fit hit the shan when that was leaked. Yet now the same board is pushing draconian regulations of diesel particulates that are putting thousands of truck drivers out of work, using 1 study by a "professor" who got his PhD off the internet from a course who's "Dean" is located in Israel. Not to be confused with his original assertion his PhD was from UC Davis. CARB apparently didn't care. His "study" fit their template. That's all that mattered
