actually the defunding is happening right now.police are retiring and or quitting in record numbers. why stay in a job with no public support? it`s not really worth getting killed for. A common quote to avoid responsibility is they knew what they are getting into.   it`s not often said because it tends to cause employees to quit. it`s now told to the police and this is the results
