....you know, the uncle that has a bit of dementia, that you really try very hard to have him seen in public, and only bring him out during holiday dinners?

Well, there he was......Joe Biden at a Clinton rally, with Clinton sitting behind him, proclaiming how of all people Clinton was someone you "could trust with the super secret nuclear codes".  So super secret in fact, that he then had to point out the gent behind him as the actual fella that actually carries them,..... in the event something were to happen with Obama, of course.

Way to go, Joe     ;D

So....the RNC was manipulating the grief of a mother who lost her son but the DNC is praised for doing the same exact thing.

Several statements in Khan’s speech were hyperbole and just well done political theater, yet the media has praised them as redefining American politics.

But when Pat Smith, the mother of a victim of the terrorist attack in Benghazi spoke she was fact checked and attacked by members of the mainstream media. Chris Matthews bashed Smith, calling her comments “a gross accusation” and said of the grieving widow “I don’t care what that woman felt.”

No one in the mainstream media made similar comments about the Khan’s strange accusation that Trump wouldn’t have allowed them to immigrate to America, hasn’t read the constitution, and that the Equal Protection clause somehow protects foreign citizens.

While xo attempts to imply that the voter ID law in Texas was some direct effort to keep people from voting Democrat, the Virgina Supreme Court squelched the most transparent effort ever, in a Democrat leader, in this case a governor, to try and squeeze Democrat votes from a rock...in this case McAuliffe's unprecedented unilateral exectutive order to give voting rights to convicted felons

There are consequences to actions, especially those that are criminal, especially those that are felonies.  The Court told McAullife, its not your call.  So thankfully, the state of Virginia will remain felon free when it comes to those who vote come Nov.  Now, if we can just get the left to stick to voting only once, and only if actually alive

It really is surreal.....Plane was providing actual facts, and the whole time xo would ignore those facts, to focus on the premise of widespread racism, that he keeps citing the Justice Dept conclusions, all the while ignoring the same Justice Dept conclusions on the actual Ferguson case

As FBI director Comey is being interviewed by a congressional hearing, what he's making clear is that his interpretation of the Federal statute, as it relates to "intent", is the intention involved doesn't require just maintaining highly classified material on an unsecured private server, doesn't require sending and receiving highly classified material on an unsecured server, but also requires the knowledge that what she was doing was wrong and unlawful.  That's what he's using to compare her actions to others who have been prosecuted for far less.  In those lesser cases, the people involved acknowledged what they were doing was unlawful and/or was caught in a lie during an official FBI/Justice Dept interview.  In Clinton's case, the reason intent was not recognized, is that she was simply too dumb to grasp that what she was doing wrong and contrary to the very protections she herself signed that she'd follow

I see the approach Comey is bringing to the table....pathological liar, reckless, careless, and dumb to boot.  Brilliant nominee Democrats

Mrs Clinton, the presumtive Democratic Presidential nominee is having a CRIMINAL investigation performed by the FBI, and a tangential investigation iinto the Clinton Foundation, however they merely investigate, and make their recommendations to the Justice Dept.  The Justice Dept, headed by Democrat Loretta Lynch, placed in that position by a Democratic President, will make the decision, as to if there will be any criminal indictment of their presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee. 

Have I missed anything yet?

And just to add to that timetable, the State Dept, having had months to prepare, under court order to release all the Clinton foundation e-mails by this July, have now had that ruling appealed...by the Justice Dept, to have that release of all those e-mails delayed by.....over 20months (how convenient)

And we're to expect "impartiality" by this Justice Dept, and Lynch?

It's clear that Clinton broke Federal law, in how she manipulated her private e-mail server contrary to current law, and guidlines, she herself signed to follow. 
It's clear that National Security was compromised with this effort to keep the Constitutional function of Congressional oversight at bay, validated by the effort to scrub the server before being forced to turn it over, via judicial subpoena
It's clear to that the Justice Dept has every intention to "look the other way", given that its apparent that party loyalty trumps rule of law.  Pretty scary when that's the legal arm of the executive branch

Where am I wrong?
