...and "not getting the word" is also no indication of being "guilty of racially profiling".  If the thread were about Rubio's supporters guilty of simply being rude, that's another thing entirely....and a story I might have even been more "interested in"

If Rubio is running an organization where it is common to "not get the memo" this is a bad habit for leaders at high levels.

A candidate is doing some of the things he needs to know to do as president, but we get to watch.

If he runs a campaign well , then he knows how to delegate , inspire and inform , such that his organization reflects well on him.

Perhaps we will also get to see how he corrects problems.

Without mentioning names , I am sure that you are aware that some campaigns run the candidate rather than the right way round.
