which is better?

700 bil. to help banks or 700 bil to make crappy jobs(ex, ditch digging) that not only help people pay thier bills but finally get stuff done by the government(ex. fix pothole)

because right now banks ain`t exactly proving thier worth in the bailout

Maybe they will have to take over a bank or two to goose the others into getting off their butts and getting to work.
