Welfare Reform via reconciliation analogy does not work.....

The democrats keep bringing up welfare reform passed thru reconciliation as an analogy to
the doing the same with healthcare.....but with welfare reform it was bipartisan because it
was a Democratic President and Congresional Republicans coming together...Bill Clinton even
said "welfare reform worked because we all worked together"...The Democrats pretending
this analogy works is ridiculous because with heathcare it would be one party ramming it thru
via reconciliation.
