I fail to see what this could possibly have to do with the teabaggers.

Mickey Rourke has made several good films, my favorite being Angel Heart. He is capable of doing a good performance. On the other hand, he also gets drunk or high a lot and then he says a lot of stupid things. So as a critic, I would give him a D, and as an actor a B + at his best,
