It would not be the first time the CIA has done stuff like this.
I think this guy's credentials need to be examined. When he says "the Rothchilds and the usual..." that sounds like some newNazi group. The Rothschilds are claimed to be allied with the Queen of England and the British oligarchy, along with the Masonic Order, and ZOG (Zionist Overlord Government).

So perhaps he is just a nut.
