I don't know..... Isn't kinda nice that not only americans are hiding thier money from thier own country.

The sheer volume of this is staggering

Fraud isn't restricted to any one nationality.

Think about it - since this involves providing places for people to hide their money to avoid taxes, and many nations tax at a much higher rate than the US, wouldn't more non-Americans be drawn to it? But still, cheats and fraudsters know no boundaries.

Fraud today in general is staggering. Nigeria at the start blame American stupidity and did nothing but now they got serious laws against it when they notice they can't get loans from other countries because these scammers are pose as them too

AS long as there are taxes of any amount, there will be people doing all they can to not pay them.

Lowering tax rates will not prevent tax fraud schemes.
