 Barak H.Obama: Well you could help get a big stimulus package enacted , sooner is better.

George W. Bush: I don't know if I ought to do that Barrack I am already going down in history as the biggest borrowing president ever , my base supporters are offended with me for the 700 billion line of credit I am extending to the worst run banks in the Nation , perhaps we can just prepare for a stimulus and let you sign it into law , that won't be all that long .Can't the 700 billion last three months?

  Barak H.Obama: No , I really want to get this done now , can't you help me get it done? The economy needs some more umph sooner rather than later , I don't want to have to start from a deep  hole .

George W. Bush:Ah don't worry about it ,I got handed an economy that was busy tanking too ,I think it is one of the side effects of an election cycle. Soon as the worlds investors learn that you are smart enough to treat their money well they will come back and invest again .Where can they go to invest better? Their own countrys? Hahahahahahaha!

 Barak H.Obama: Nevertheless there are things I want to do and wealth I want to spread , that is going to be hard if the welth is all in Mattresses in China. I want to prime the pump and attract the investors back sooner rather than later.
