what`s your personal favorite to make

filet of sole baked in a reduced cream of mushroom soup sauce.

fairly easy to make and it goes very well with rice.

Rindschnitzel over egg noodles, German potato salad, sour kraut balls.

Stroganoff.

The beef is usually left over chargrilled london broil.

I use campbells Golden Mushroom instead of cream of mushroom.

A dash of steak sauce gives it a zing.

I also like the traditional pork chops sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and applesauce-apple quarters medley.
