Yes indeed, the anointed one (Barry) surely disappoints everyone that voted for him, some that didn't, and of course confirms what people like me that knew all along, that he wasn't qualified, he lies, he's a braggart & dunderhead. I see a little half-breed black boy that had poor parenting from a loose white mother, that grew up insecure, and became damaged goods the rest of his pathetic, misguided life. His fixation on Marxism rivals today's gamers that are obsessed with playing video games 24/7. Him and they the gamers don't live in reality. Reality is we can't keep spending like drunken sailors and he's blind to that fact and other glaring facts like terrorists should not be given the same rights as US citizens.

One can only imagine the abysmal figures that might be obtained if Kramer or "Christians" were in charge.

Calling Obama names serves no purpose.

Is there any segment better now than during Bush

Is the economy better?
Is gas cheaper?
Is unemployment less?
Is the deficit less?
Are race relations better?
Is the country finally united?
Does the world love us more?

Osama is dead though....

Yeah I guess I did.

Maybe they should end the add with a little girl playing in a flower field asking her pregnant mother why Obama is spending away the American dream of all the children of this country including the unborn brother or sister.

'Mommy why is president Obama taking away my future and the future of my unborn brother'?

Mother: Well, honey I wish I had a good answer for you, then the mother wipes a tear from her eyes, rubs her belly and sighs.

The issue is not what Obama has done, but whether he can do better than some yet unknown Republican. Since the GOP has no plan whatever other than the usual "cut taxes" crap, the answer is pretty likely "NO!".

That and the freedom to waste electricity seem to be all they have.

Of course, they offer a great variety of incompetent ninnies, like Cain, who is against allowing Muslims to serve in his cabinet, to Bachmann, who apparently believes that being gay is a curable disease, and whose hubby has been taking money --government money, even-- to do just that.

The issue is can we do better than Obama. His track record speaks for itself. The same thing that worked in Barack's favor last time is working against him now.

This is tangibly true, but if you were talking to the people here it has more to do with having their hopes lifted (that things might improve), then dashed, when they realized that American policy wasn't going to get turned upside-down overnight.

Welcome Henny, I am very happy to see you post!

What would an upside-down American foreign policy feature as an improvement?

Would an isolationist America get love and respect?

Isolationist is not the alternative to invasion and domination. It is not necessary for the US to intervene in as many places as it does. The US will eventually leave Afghanistan as well as Iraq, and the decision should be based on whether the situation will be better or worse for the country as to when this happens.

It is very expensive to carry on these military campaigns. There are very powerful financial incentives for the US to withdraw sooner rather than later.

Thanks Plane!

Isolationist is taking things a bit far. An America that doesn't blindly support Israel and played a bit more even-handed would be the improvement. The people need relief.
