I plan that never sees the light of day!

So THAT'S it! How clever!

I've lost track of how many bills (PLANS) the House has passed that continue to gather cobwebs on Reid's senate desk.  It's not "clever" nor "secret", its FACT

The Republicans don't have sh!t.

I'll take theirs over what the Dems are trying to cover us with, in a heartbeat.  One that will actually make a dent in both our debt and unemployment, that MIGHT pull of out of this Obamabyss that's going to be thrown onto our children, and their children's children.

I realize you don't care, since you'll be long since dead, like me, but apparently I, and many others, come Nov, actually do, and will make the necessary decisions to reverse this Greece-like course Obama & the Dems are taking us down

And nice non-answer on those apparently secret "tax breaks", that only you seem to be privvy to, but can't seem to share with the rest of us

They have FAR more than the Dems, who apparently are so scared shirtless of the potential benefits of the GOP plans, won't even allow Democrat senators to vote them down, in a simple yea/nea vote

So, are all these glorious Republican plans on double-secret probation?

If they exist, they are certainly not saying much about them. I suspect that all or most include still MORE tax breaks for the filthy rich and cuts for programs needed by the poor and middle class.

But they are SECRET, so we will never know, will we?

No....they're on clear public record, having been passed by the House of Representatives, now sitting on Senator Reid's Desk, gathering dust

If they exist, they are certainly not saying much about them.

Ignorance doesn't fit you well.  They've been non-stop talking about them

I suspect that all or most include still MORE tax breaks for the filthy rich and cuts for programs needed by the poor and middle class.

LOL....yea the same secret "tax breaks" that apparently only you are privvy to.  So then LET THE SENATE VOTE THEM DOWN, IF THAT'S ALL THEY ARE, AS YOU "SUSPECT"

=================================
Who?

They have been yammering about their existence, not their substance.

They've been non-stop talking about them
=================================
Who?

Republicans and their pundits, across the spectrum

They have been yammering about their existence, not their substance.

bzzzz.......wrong.  But at least now we've got you conceded of their existance, vs some "secret" non-plan.  I guess that's a start

But as I said, if you're so convinced at how horrible they are, at how they give more of these uber-secret tax breaks, that only you seem to be privvy to, why the hell, would a Demaocrat majority not have the cahones to put these plans to a vote, and vote them down??

Most logical concept is that they are Scared shirtless that they may actually improve our current Obamabyss, and we sure as hell can't be having that, in an election year.  *gasp* Republican plans actually pulling this country out of its Obama facilitated Greece-like death spiral??  Perish the thought

The Republican plans are clueless. They want to lower taxes for the super rich, when we have seen that lower taxes simply result in more debt and no jobs.

The Republicans have been more obstructionist than any Congress in history. This is merely payback.

If you are getting Social Security, it will make little difference.

Why tax money you have to work to earn at over double the rate of money that you don't?

If they have a higher rate for people earning over $75000 annually, that would solve the problem for retirees.

Putting aside how wrong you are on the so-called reason of debt and unemployment, then let the Senate Dems vote it down, if its supposedly so horrible and gives your evil rich folks all these super secret tax breaks

The Republicans have been more obstructionist than any Congress in history. This is merely payback.

Wrong on so many levels, but nice to see now you're now conceding that the Democrats are the ones obstructing anything now.  I guess that's progress

Enough with the different rates for different people. If a tax is justified it should apply to all equally.

I disagree with that.
If the economic system rewarded all equal effort equally, that might make sense.

It does not, and there is no reason to expect that it ever will. So, no, this is a bad idea.

As we are continually shown, "fairness" to the left, isn't fairness at all.  Its been mutated to mean, whatever the hell they want it to mean
