Is it ladylike to tell the assembled managers how valuable to the organization you are?

Does a proper lady threaten to leave the company if she doesn't get a bigger office ?

When a gentlewoman is in direct competition for an advanced position, does she sabotage a gentleman ?

Of course not , a real lady demands that the government study the problem of her lower wage and enact regulations that correct for the problem.

    Aaaaand this doesn't work.

Companies headed by women pay ladies less , the staff of Barak Obama and the staff of Michelle Obama pay ladies less, it is not that ladies work is less valuable it is more like being ladylike makes your negotiations start from a weak position.

         The solution?

       Ladies are a bargain!
Hire ladies first and fatten the bottom line.

Exploiting this problem will solve this problem.
