This entire debate about Clinton and Bin Ladem is almost comical. This is NOT recent news; it was common knowledge. Clinrton wussed. So what? Been done before. Research could probably show that every President has done this. Selecting targets is a problematical issue with many facets.
Absolutely correct, Professor. It just gets so pathetic to see each side keep condeming the other sides for supposedly not doing enough, when in reality, BOTH administrations share blame for what led to 911. Obviously Clinton's blame runs over a greater length of time, since he was in office for 8 years vs Bush's 9 months, but suffice to say, both administrations failed to put the intel together, and cut the snake's head off before 911 occured
